We operate strictly on a no refund, no exchange basis once an order has been placed and confirmed.

2. Order Accuracy

We ensure your products are packed securely and delivered as described.
If you receive an incorrect item due to a fulfillment error from our side, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can review the case.
3. Damaged or Missing Items
In the rare event that an item is damaged or missing upon arrival:

After verification, a replacement may be offered only if available; otherwise, store credit may be considered at our discretion.

Shipping from Karachi to your city within Pakistan will be paid by the customer.
