Shipping Policy — The Gulfstore

At The Gulfstore, we take pride in delivering authentic UAE products to our customers in Pakistan with care and reliability. Please read our shipping terms carefully before placing your order.

1. Delivery Timeline

  • All orders are pre-orders and are shipped from the UAE.

  • Delivery time to Pakistan is typically 8–10 working days after order confirmation and payment.

  • Delivery timelines may vary slightly due to customs or courier delays, but we always aim for timely dispatch.

2. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all major cities across Pakistan.
International shipping outside Pakistan is not available at this time.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping charges depend on the weight and size of your parcel.

  • Once your parcel reaches Karachi, local shipping charges within Pakistan will be borne by the customer.

  • Shipping fees will be communicated before dispatch.

4. Customs & Duties

  • All customs clearance and duties are fully managed by The Gulfstore.

  • Customers will not be required to pay any additional customs fees beyond the agreed shipping cost.

5. Payment Terms

  • We operate on a pre-order basis only — there is no Cash on Delivery (COD) option.

  • Half payment options are available only for regular customers with prior approval.

  • Orders are processed once full or approved half payment is received.

6. Order Tracking

Customers will receive updates through WhatsApp or email once the parcel is shipped. Tracking details may also be shared upon request, depending on courier availability.

7. Damaged or Lost Parcels

In case of loss or damage during shipping:

  • Customers must report it within 24 hours of delivery.

  • An unboxing video or photo may be requested for claim verification.

  • Verified claims may be eligible for replacement or store credit (if applicable).
